Dennis Jauch

I’m a CEO, Creative Executive, and entrepreneur with 17+ years of experience building entertainment, hospitality, and consumer brands. As Founder and CEO of No Ceilings Entertainment, I lead a team of 50+ creatives, producers, and operators developing live entertainment, immersive experiences, and original productions for global cruise lines, hospitality brands, festivals, and entertainment companies. Over the years, we've delivered projects generating more than $20 million in contracted business and created experiences enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of guests around the world. My career has taken me from performing and choreography to creative direction, producing, and company building. Along the way, I've had the opportunity to contribute to projects connected to the Olympics, the NBA, major television franchises including The X Factor, America's Got Talent, and Dancing with the Stars, and collaborate with artists such as Leona Lewis, Mary J. Blige, DJ Khaled, Lil Wayne, Ludacris, and Lil Baby. I’m also the Co-Founder of Coffee and Plants, Los Angeles' first 100% plant-based coffee shop, where we combine hospitality, wellness, sustainability, and design to create a different kind of café experience. At the core of everything I do is a simple belief: people remember how an experience made them feel.
