The short version

We collect what's needed to run a booking network and nothing more. Your public page is public by design; everything else — your email, messages, availability, and the details of your bookings — is private to you and the people you deal with. We don't sell data and we don't run ads.

What we store

Account: name, email, a hashed password, city. Profile: everything you choose to put on your page — disciplines, media, credits, training, rates, availability. Activity: messages, booking requests, offers, contracts, reviews, shortlists, and the pieces you appreciate. Technical: standard server logs, the browser you used when reporting a problem, and errors the app catches so we can fix them.

Who sees what

Your page, your work, your disciplines, city, headline, rating and badges are visible to anyone, signed in or not — that's how you get found. Your rate is shown on your page if you've set one. Your email is never shown publicly. Messages are visible only to the people in the conversation. Shortlists are private to the person who made them.

Services we rely on

Topbill runs on a small set of providers, each of which only sees what it needs to do its job: Vercel hosts the app, Supabase hosts the database (EU region), Cloudflare stores and streams your media, and Resend delivers email. When identity verification and payments arrive they'll be handled by Stripe, and we'll update this page first.

Cookies

One cookie, to keep you signed in. No tracking cookies, no third-party analytics scripts.

Your choices

Edit or remove anything on your page whenever you like. Delete your account from settings and your page and media go with it. To see a copy of everything we hold about you, or to ask a question about any of this, use Report a problem in the footer and we'll get back to you by email.

Changes

This is a beta and the service is still taking shape. When this page changes in a way that matters, we'll email everyone with an account before it takes effect.
